This program is designed for the cross-training competitor who is looking for a periodised training plan that cover's all cross-training components: namely weightlifting, gymnastics, and monostructural. In consists of a periodised weightlifting & strength cyle - with the focus starting on strength endurance, followed by hypertrophy strength training, and finally peak strength & power development -, as well as helping you develop your gymnastics and conditioning pieces. It also includes accessory work to help fine-tune your movement patterns and muscle activation. This program includes 5 x weekly training sessions, and 3 x 5-5-4-week blocks (the last week of each block being a taper week. Each session also includes a warm up and cooldown.
