8. Terms and conditions regarding purchased and downloaded training programs
All training programs that are bought and downloaded from Functionality X are not to be used for copying, reselling, or redistribution. They buyer has alone has legal access to the purchased and downloaded training program file and the personal use thereof. Copying, sharing, redistributing or reselling of any of Functionality X's programs will be in legal violation of Functionality X's terms and conditions and legal actions will then be taken against you. No refunding is allowed for any successfully bought and received training program. Functionality X will also not be held liable for any injuries that has taken place by the participation of the buyer in any of the bought programs.
