This periodised program is designed for someone who's sole focus is to build as much strength & muscle as possible using functional movements and exercises. All the movements, sets and rep schemes in this program is focused on helping you build maximum strength & muscle over a 12-week period. These 12 weeks are structured into 3 x 4-week blocks - each block progressing from the previous one - with the 4th week in each block serving as a taper week.
