This is the third instalment of the Cross-Train Competitor's Track. It build's upon the training plan from the second track. It continues to help you as an athlete build upon strength & peak power development with it's periodised weightlifting and strength cycle. It also helps you to reach new heights with your gymnastics' strength & capabilities as it provides you with a new periodised gymnastics cycle as well. It also includes detailed accessory, monostructural and conditioning work, introducing new movements not found in track 1 and track 2, to ensure you are provided with a complete 12-week program covering all cross-training components. It consists of 6 x sessions p/week (one session serving as an active recovery session) The 12 weeks are divided into 3 x 4-week progressive training blocks, with the 4th week of each block serving as a taper week.
