This is the second instalment of the Cross-Train Competitor's Track. It build's upon the training from the first track, as it start's with a lower emphasis on strength endurance work, and a higher emphasis on peak strength and power development. It also advances in the gymnastics and conditioning components. This program provides you with a periodised 12-week training plan and includes a periodised weightlifting and strength cycle, a periodised gymnastics cycle, as well as monostructural, conditioning, and accessory components to ensure all areas found in cross-training are covered. It also introduces new movements and exercises not found in the first track. This program consists of 6 weekly sessions (one of them being a recovery-focused session) The 12 weeks are broken up into 3 progressive 4-week training blocks, with the 4th week of each block serving as a taper week.
