what is fx daily?

FX Daily is a month-to-month subscription service providing subscribers with weekly cross-training programming. All workouts include multiple scaling options in order to make the programming as accessible possible to the general public. Check out the subscription plan below to read more on what the programming entails, and what the plan offers additionally.

how do I gain access to the weekly programming?

Once you've subscribed for the month, you'll gain access to all the additional content and benefits of your subscription plan. You'll have access to the weekly programming which can be found when accessing the "FX DAILY" in the tabs menu at the top of the website. Additionally, FX Daily members can also gain access to the "MOVEMENT LIBRARY" in the tabs menu. FX Daily members also have access and the option to join the FX training community group which can be found under "my groups" when accessing your profile in the top right corner.
